Managing Partner at BRG Capital since 2014, and responsible for the Corporate Advisory arm. Alberto has over 30 years of experience in coordinating and executing M&A, capital markets and other advisory transactions in the local and international markets

  • 2017 – Current: Managing Director of CAF – (Comitê de Aquisições e Fusões), a voluntary, self-regulatory body sponsored by B3, the Brazilian Stock Exchange, ANBIMA (Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association) and IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance). CAF oversees tender offers and corporate reorganization transactions, operating in a similar fashion to UK’s Takeover Panel

  • 2012 – Current: member of the Capital Markets and Investor Relations Committee of IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance). ​

 

  • 2008 – 2013: Head of Investment Banking at Banco Votorantim S.A.
